I work with teens (14+), adults and families looking to work through their mental health challenges, all while improving their relationship with both themselves and others. I am experienced in treating individuals and families impacted by addiction, eating disorders, anxiety, relational conflict, depression, perfectionism, low self worth, life transitions and more. This includes clients currently struggling with substance abuse and disordered eating.
